Mark Bonham brings over 20 years of experience as a top-ranked corporate and securities lawyer working with venture capital-backed private and public companies in high-tech, high-growth industries to the SageCreek value proposition.

He has represented hundreds of companies in formations, venture financings, IPOs, mergers and strategic transactions worth more than $10 billion and logged endless hours in boardrooms and executive suites addressing the opportunities and challenges of rapidly evolving business.

After earning a degree in economics from Brigham Young University, Mark graduated from Harvard Law School and practiced law for 20 years with the widely respected Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati based in Silicon Valley, California where he was a partner, Co-Chair of the Knowledge Management Committee and a member of the investment committee for WS Investments LLC.

More recently he headed The Venture Practice at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, one of Salt Lake City’s largest and most-respected law firms.  Mark was rated “Band 1″ by Chambers USA, “AV” (best) by Martindale, and named by both SuperLawyers and Legal Elite.   In 2009 Mark was recognized as Utah Corporate Lawyer of the year by Best Lawyers.
