
Russ WarnerRuss Warner is a proven business manager and sales leader with demonstrable success in building sales teams, forming strong customer partnerships, and developing valuable business alliances and channel partners in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean. He has created new sales teams and channel partner programs on five occasions for different software companies including inside sales, retail channel sales, enterprise account sales, Latin America sales and channel partner sales in Mexico.
Russ is currently CEO at ContentWatch. SageCreek Partners provides mentor capital to ContentWatch. Prior to ContentWarch, Russ helped various other SageCreek Partners accounts expand their market reach through channel and strategic alliance development, as well as in fund-raising. One notable result included a business expansion that increased revenue in a region of one of SageCreek’s Fortune 500 clients by more than 146 percent.Prior to SageCreek Partners, he was VP Sales at Alianza, based in Mexico City, where he attained over 100% revenue growth, restructured the partner channel, and increased the customer base within fourteen months to position the company for sale to Alestra (AT&T Mexico) in late 2008.
Before Alianza, Russ was Director-Latin America Sales for Altiris Inc. and established the Latin America division with offices and sales teams in five countries and a partner channel and alliances in 18 countries. Under his leadership, the start-up division reached $14M in sales and created channel, sales certification, and consulting programs used as models for other sales regions.
He has also been a Director of Field Sales, Operations, & Education for Novell Latin America and a Director of U.S. Sales at Novell Inc. and at WordPerfect Corp.
Russ has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese and has taught International Marketing for the University of Phoenix Online.
