Steve Erickson has 23 years of experience in public accounting and executive financial positions.  Most recently Steve was Vice President of the Altiris Business Unit within Symantec responsible for the successful operational integration of Altiris with Symantec.

Steve was CFO at Altiris and oversaw the process to secure pre-public venture capital, the IPO process, and post IPO secondary offerings.  Steve also oversaw SARBOX compliance as well as working closely with the audit and tax teams.

He provided the oversight to the financial modeling needed on both the revenue and cost side to help provide direction to the business alignment discussion at the executive staff level. Prior to Altiris, Steve was CFO/Controller at a privately held $135 million corporation where he oversaw all aspects of financial management.  Steve has 10 years of audit and accounting experience with Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Anderson.
