Tracy Tolbert provides expertise on how to structure and align the sales and marketing process with the broader business objectives.

Prior to SageCreek, Tracy was Senior Vice President of  Sales & Marketing for ACS, a FORTUNE 500 company and leading provider of diversified BPO and IT Services.  As a member of the executive management team Tracy was responsible to provide overall strategic and operational direction to the company’s sales planning and development functions, and Tracy was responsible for achieving an annual target of $1B in new business. Tracy played a key role in the analysis of potential acquisition targets as well as the process to successfully integrate and grow the revenue from M&A activity.

Prior to joining ACS Tolbert was VP of Sales for Light Speed Systems (now ADP), VP of Sales for Gazelle Systems, and VP of Sales for Tel-Electronics.  Tracy has a proven track record in highly sophisticated business situation including:  Driving sales and marketing strategies that gained FORTUNE 500 ranking, championed business unit startup and/or turnaround efforts at several organizations and multiple successful mergers and acquisitions.
