At SageCreek Partners, we have been in your shoes.   Our partners have founded and grown companies, they have secured financing, they have taken companies public, they have participated in M&A activity on both the buy side and the sell side.   You might even notice a few “grey hairs” among the team.   All of that adds up to one of our best attributes: experience.

Working With Venture Capital Partners

In many cases SageCreek will participate as a member of your Board of Directors.   However because we don’t directly invest capital into your company, we do not come in “instead of” a venture capital partner, but rather “in addition to” your funding partners.   You can think of us as an extended member of your management team that can provide context and feedback on operational and board related matters.
